*Cowboys Country Club ("CCC") is a social group based out of Cowboys Arlington, which extends to CCC the privilege of designating Cowboys Arlington as CCC's "club home" and the use of Cowboys Arlington facilities for parties and events. *Regardless of date of purchase of membership, each membership expires on December 31 of the current year. *Cowboys Arlington has the right at any time to refuse free or discounted entry into the club including concert nights or special events. *CCC membership cards are valid for use only by the CCC member named on the membership card; guests of the CCC member do not receive free or discounted admission. *A CCC member may be asked to show both the member's driver's license and CCC membership card, and the names on both must match. If the name on the CCC membership card does not match the name on the driver's license, the CCC membership card will be confiscated by Cowboys Arlington and destroyed. CCC reserves the right to invalidate the membership of any member who allows use of a CCC membership card by any person other than the person named on the membership card. *CCC reserves the right to invalidate the membership of any individual who does not abide by the rules and Bylaws of CCC and/or the rules of Cowboys Arlington. *CCC members are expected to be courteous and polite to all employees of Cowboys Arlington. *CCC members are requested to immediately report any change of name, address, email or phone number to the Membership Director. *There is a $10.00 replacement fee for any lost or stolen CCC membership card. Lost and/or stolen cards should be reported immediately to the Membership Director. |
